1. Middle East Analyst. Individuals with deep knowledge of North African and Gulf State politics. Arabic speakers preferred. Energy sector knowledge a plus.
   
   
2. Conference Specialist. Individuals experienced in budgeting, planning and staging policy conferences and gala events.
   
   
3. Emerging Market Communications. Individuals with expertise developing, programming and managing public diplomacy programs in emerging markets in Africa and Latin America.
   
   
4. Trade Association Specialist. Individuals with expertise in staffing trade or policy associations, including budgeting, member recruitment, and event management.
   
   
5. Project Management Specialist. Individuals with experience drafting and developing bid documents for World Bank, DFID and US AID tenders. Must be able to use Microsoft Project and EXCEL.
